What are your opening hours?
The play area and party venue are open daily, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM. Daycare runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM. Mom & Me runs Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 4:00–5:30 PM.
What age range is the play area for?
Ages 1 to 12, with a separate soft-play area for the littlest guests and age guidance for each zone.
Can we come to play without booking a party?
Yes. WhatsApp us the day and how many children are coming and we'll confirm a play slot.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes. Free on-site parking at C-2, inside Excelsior American School, Sushant Lok Phase I, Sector 43, Gurugram.
How far is Just Goofing from South Delhi / Noida, and what's the best route?
South Delhi families usually reach in 30–40 minutes via NH48. Noida families usually take 40–55 minutes via DND and Golf Course Road / Extension Road, depending on traffic.
What's included in each birthday party package (15 / 20 / 30 kids)?
Packages include play-zone access, party host support, games, cake-table setup, décor planning, food coordination and cleanup. Larger packages add premium theme styling, balloon décor, photo moments and return-gift support.
How much does a party cost?
It depends on the package, day, menu and theme. WhatsApp us your date and guest count for an exact quote.
Can siblings celebrate combined birthday parties?
Yes. Combined sibling celebrations are common at Just Goofing. We recommend choosing zones and games that can split naturally by age so both children feel celebrated.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booked party?
Rescheduling depends on date availability and how close the party date is. Please WhatsApp the team as early as possible so we can help with the cleanest option.
Do you host family ceremonies, kitty parties or school group visits?
Yes — first birthdays, mundan, annaprashan, naming ceremonies, baby showers, kitty parties, school groups and family get-togethers, subject to group size and date availability.
What ages and hours is daycare?
Ages 1.5 to 5 years, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, with a 1:4 caregiver ratio and only 16 seats.
How much is daycare?
₹15,000 per month, all-inclusive: meals, snacks, milk, diapers, naptime essentials, learning material and a monthly paediatrician check-up. There's a one-time ₹10,000 refundable security deposit.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Daycare families can book a free 2-hour trial visit through the enquiry form or WhatsApp at +91 78277 91701.
What's the difference between daycare and a crèche here?
At Just Goofing they're the same full-day programme: a full routine with meals, nap, learning and care for children aged 1.5–5.
What is Mom & Me?
A parent-and-toddler bridge programme for children aged 13 months to 2.5 years. One guardian stays through every session.
When does Mom & Me run and what does it cost?
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 4:00–5:30 PM. ₹15,000 per month for 12 sessions, with a maximum of 8 toddlers per batch.
Do you accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes. Please tell us allergies and restrictions before menu finalisation. Our in-house kitchen cooks with olive oil and is nut-free.
What's your hygiene and safety policy?
Supervised play zones with trained guides, CCTV, soft-padded areas, daily cleaning routines, child-safe fixtures and hygiene checks. Daycare runs with a 1:4 caregiver ratio and police-verified staff.
