School Trips, Class Parties & Group Outings in Gurugram

Gurugram's heat, monsoon and winter smog make outdoor trips a gamble for much of the year. Our 8,000 sq ft indoor venue keeps the date safe, and our hosts run structured activities alongside free play so 20 to 60 children stay engaged — and your teachers stay sane.

What a group visit includes

  • Structured activities run by our hosts, alongside free play in the zones
  • Groups can rotate between zones so nobody waits around
  • Snacks or a meal from our nut-free kitchen, with allergy lists checked in advance
  • Trained guides in every zone and CCTV throughout
  • Free on-site parking inside Excelsior American School — confirm bus drop-off when you enquire

A sample three-hour plan

  • Arrival, headcount and safety briefing
  • Group A in the play zones while Group B does a structured activity — then swap
  • Snack or meal
  • Whole-group game with the host, final headcount and departure

Supervision

Our staff add to your school's supervision; they don't replace your teachers. As a guide, plan one adult for every 4–5 children aged 3–5, and one for every 8–10 older primary children — or follow your school's policy if it is stricter.

Class parties organised by parent reps

End-of-term and festival class parties work the same way at a smaller scale: a host running games, simple food, and a clear pick-up time shared with the class WhatsApp group.
